GERALDINE E. BEERS is an associate at the law firm of Dunn Lambert, L.L.C. Ms. Beers was born in Brooklyn, New York , on October 6, 1959. She attended Cornell University, where she received an A.B. in History, and St. John's University School of Law, where she received a Juris Doctor degree in 1985. Prior to joining Dunn Lambert, Ms. Beers was an associate at Contant, Atkins & Fede, L.L.C. (1987-2005). Ms. Beers is a transactional attorney concentrating in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, commercial lending, commercial leasing, contracts, and business acquisitions and sales. She has taught seminars on commercial and residential real estate. She is a member of the bars of New Jersey and New York and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York .
