New Jersey Immigration Lawyers

Businesses throughout the United States benefit from the talent of foreign workers. At Dunn Lambert, LLC, our Paramus, New Jersey, and Manhattan immigration lawyers help businesses move through the often-murky immigration waters in order to hire the foreign nationals of their choice.

We provide the same high-quality and professional services to our business immigration clients as we do to all of our clients, ensuring that they are well-informed throughout the process. We make your business objectives our own and center our representation on achieving them. Contact our Paramus office for a consultation.

Our Business Immigration Practice: Non-Immigrant Visas

We help businesses and foreign workers apply for non-immigrant visas, including:

  • H-1B Visas: The H-1B visa is the primary non-immigrant visa for professionals with at least a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent. Sponsored employees/immigrants can work in the U.S. for up to six years. There is a yearly cap on the number of H-1B visas available.
  • L-1 Visas: The L-1 intra-company transfer visa allows companies operating both in the U.S. and abroad to transfer managers/executives or specially knowledged employees to the company’s office in the United States for a limited duration.
  • Visa Extensions

Our Business Immigration Practice: Immigrant Visas

We often see relationships between employers and foreign workers develop into thriving, long-term relationships where both parties wish to continue the relationship past the periods available under the H-1B and L-1 visas. In such situations, we help the businesses sponsor immigrant visas (“green cards”) for the foreign workers, which enable the foreign workers to permanently live and work in the United States. For such foreign workers being sponsored for immigrant visas, we also provide help to their immediate family members in applying for immigrant visas. After the family members receive their green card, we eventually also help them apply to become U.S. citizens.
